2. Services Provided

LMH Design offers custom graphic design services via subscription tiers. You agree to provide all necessary materials, information, and feedback required for the completion of the services.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription Plans: LMH Design offers multiple service tiers, each with its own set of features and pricing. By selecting a subscription, you agree to pay the recurring fees associated with that plan.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

  • Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to services until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

4. Refund Policy

LMH Design does not offer refunds for subscription fees. If you are unsatisfied with a design, we will provide revisions until you are satisfied, in accordance with our revision policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All designs created by LMH Design for you are custom-made and, upon full payment, you are granted full ownership and usage rights.

  • Usage: You agree not to resell, distribute, or share the designs with third parties for commercial purposes without prior written consent from LMH Design, unless stated otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, feedback, and materials necessary for LMH Design to complete the project. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information may result in extended delivery times.

7. Turnaround Times

LMH Design will make every effort to deliver your designs within the standard 2-day turnaround time. However, more complex projects may require additional time. We will communicate any expected delays in advance.

8. Revisions

Revisions are included with your subscription. However, revisions are limited to changes within the scope of the original request. Substantial changes or new requests may be treated as a new design project.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LMH Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to LMH Design services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, all outstanding fees will become due and payable.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience, and LMH Design does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party site.
